If your payment has already been processed, we kindly ask to refrain from sending consistent emails regarding the status of your order. In 1-2 business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is ready for delivery. We greatly appreciate your business and thank you for your patience.

 

 

Returns Policy

Returns are permitted for refund of product only; original shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless in the event of incorrect or faulty product shipping. Return item(s) must be shipped at the customer's expense within 14 days of receiving the order. To return item(s) please get in touch with us via email, where you will be required to complete a form stating the reason for return. Submit the form along with the item(s) returned to our customer service address which we will supply to you directly. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note, the item(s) returned must be in perfect condition or refund will not be granted. We do not accept returns for products that were not purchased on December Wolf Clothing. We do not exchange products (Unless you require a size change).

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and 5-10 days (depending on your shipping destination) for delivery. All orders placed during the weekend or holiday periods will be processed the next working day.

I have successfully placed an order, why have I not received shipping confirmation?

During high volume periods, please anticipate 1-3 business days for a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received an email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you think your email has been entered incorrectly please get in touch with us via email immediately providing your full name and order number and we will re-send your confirmation email.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately once an order has been completed, changes can not be made. Please carefully review your order and agree to our terms before completing the purchase.

I emailed customer service, how long will it take for them to respond?

Our customer service teams aims to respond as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for a team member to get in touch with you. During new releases, please anticipate a slighter longer response time. To avoid confusion please refrain from sending multiple emails.

I placed more than one order. Can you combine or eliminate shipping costs?

Unfortunately once orders have been professed they cannot be merged. Multiple orders will be shipped separately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I tried to submit an order but my credit card declined or it gave me an error?

Please get in touch with your Bank/Financial Institution as this is a problem that cannot be resolved on our end. May we also suggest trying a different browser as this may resolve your issue - I.e.Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require both billing and shipping addresses to match as a measure to prevent credit card fraud.

I placed my order and received an email saying the item(s) we’re out of stock?

Due to high traffic, there may be occasions where items are sold out before our web inventory can be adjusted to match. Full refunds will be issued in these cases, and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We will also make the effort to get back in touch with you once it has come back in stock.

What currency are your prices in?

Am I responsible for Taxes and Duties to my order?

This is correct. We are not responsible for any imports/customs and duties & taxes applies to your order.
